Returns
You have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items cannot be returned after 21 days from the receipt of original order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your item should include the receipt or proof of purchase of item(s).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment. Items cannot be Exchange.

This website offers visitors to shop for shoes and accessories offered on www.footwearessentials.com. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses.
Shipping Rates, Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you don’t receive an email, please contact us at contacts@footwearessentials.com our customer support we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.

Warranties & Responsibility for Services and Products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either replace the product or issue a refund. . If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
